Achievements to date:


  • Continued the development of organization structures for sector entities and developed detailed job descriptions to improve human resources practices in the sector with the support of international consultants.
  • Finalized the demarcation of roles of EGPC and holding companies to ease in separation of roles and currently working on second phase of financial due diligence.
  • Prepared draft of sector corporate governance rules and working on approvals to ease the implementation of new sector structure.

Draft a unified sector governance code.
